My name is Kyle Blain and I am a managing partner with Riverhouse Investments, LLC. My business partner Jake Johnson and I started this venture a few years ago when we saw that the traditional lending market had tightened to a point where investors were unable to finance their businesses.

I began my career working for a family business as custom home builders. I was a project manager for my father for 7 years. Once the market went south I decided it was time for a change and I purchased an insurance agency which I currently run along side Riverhouse Investments. Since I left the construction industry I have always wanted to get back into it somehow. Creating a private lending business was the way for me to get back into real estate and help builders all across America grow their businesses. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them take their businesses to the next level.

At Riverhouse we provide short term financing for real estate investors. We fund single family 1-4 units, non owner occuied with a loan to value of 65%. We enjoy being creative as long as the numbers make sense for us and most importantly the investor. We like to build long term working relationships with our investors.
