I have had several years of experience working to improve the quality of education through technology for school districts in California. I am currently employed as an information systems business analyst for San Francisco USD, where I am in charge of maintaining the integrity and stability of their implementation of the Horizon OneSource point of service and back office platform. I am responsible for vendor management, staff training, and communicating product enhancements to Horizon CRM. Developed a multi-year hardware maintenance plan to ensure point of service terminal hardware stays reliable, up-to-date, and is software-agnostic. I am also responsible for supervising other technology staff in the student nutrition department.

I am currently working to improve the workflow for back of the house ordering and production functions, and the reliability, security, and usability of all point of service terminals.
