Kyle Parden

My name is Kyle and I bring a competitive mindset with a creative mentality that I believe will help define the next generation of workers going forward. I come from a background of competitive gaming which requires learning and analyitical skills of the highest caliber in order to not just survive, but thrive. This combined with my natural creativity and near a decade of creative writing experience brings a unique blend of analysis and creative input that gives me a very unique view on the world, work, and how problems can be handled.

At present I've worked a variety of jobs from Retail and fast food to manufacturing and content production. If there's anything I've learned its that it is not enough to have a good idea, you have to be able to act on it, grow it, and understand that just because something isn't broken, doesn't mean it can't be made better.
