I grew up in a small town outside of San Diego with one central gas station and no traffic lights. I am now living in Beijing, China; one of the most densely populated cities in the world, coordinating the development of a school that defies all traditional standards. The small school will expand to serve 85 students next year and builds curriculum around integrated projects centered on student interest. My own passions are education, music, traveling and tennis.
