Hey there, I'm Kyle. Change Agent and Learning Experience Designer. I live in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. Huge fan of change, learning, volunteering, and off roading with my Jeep. I’m also interested in Program Management and Collaboration. My team and I won an award for our work in Change Management, implementing a new CRM and pilot program for a department of over 1,000 team members. I have also won an award for my work creating inspiring and innovative learning programs with my recent having designed a new onboarding and new hire experience program for our Learning Journey System.
