Kyle Naumann

Kyle Naumann has been involved in real estate for over five years as an active investor. He’s sat on both sides of the table and understands the process from every angle in great detail. In the last 5 years Kyle has come to the realization that real estate is his true passion, and he has a great desire to share this passion with others.

Kyle purchased his first home using the first-time home buyers tax credit. The home was a foreclosure and in need of a lot of repairs and some TLC. After remodeling the kitchen, painting the whole house and landscaping the yard—he was hooked! The market was still in the down turn, so he began purchasing income properties. With over ten units now, there isn’t a project or challenge he hasn’t faced or much that scares him. Kyle’s ability to envision the potential of any house, no matter the state, is a huge asset to all of his clients.

He’s seen over a hundred and fifty income properties over the last five years and has a strong grasp on the local market. Clearly his niche is first time home buyers, as Kyle is an educator at heart. He enjoys sharing the knowledge he has gained through his own personal experiences to help other buyers feel comfortable and more importantly, enjoy the process of purchasing their first home.

Professional, knowledgeable and humorously honest, Kyle treats each client as he would want to be treated. Thorough and quick to respond, he wants his clients to feel supported during one of the largest purchases of their lives.

When Kyle isn’t helping clients buy and sell their homes, you can often find him working on some sort of home improvement project covered in paint and drywall dust, or sweaty from ripping up carpet. Although real estate can be all consuming, Kyle does have other passions and interests. He and his wife are dog lovers and have adopted 3 dogs from local animal shelters and are currently trying their hands at fostering. Kyle also enjoys snowboarding and is an instructor at Cannonsburg Ski Area.

Kyle grew up just off the White Pine Trail in Rockford. After graduating form Rockford High School he attended GRCC and then earned a degree in Mathematics from GVSU. He continued his education at WMU obtaining his Masters in Industrial Engineering. He currently lives on the NE side of Grand Rapids. Kyle loves the location of his current home, it allows him to be close to everything GR has to offer, but is also a quick drive home to Rockford.
