Quality Assurance, CNC, and 3D Printing in Surprise, AZ

I am a detail-driven professional bridging the gap between quality assurance methodology and hands-on CNC machining. With a solid foundation as a former Quality Assurance Engineer, I have spent years mastering the art of precision, defect prevention, and strict adherence to technical specifications.

Today, I want to apply that same "zero-error" mindset to the shop floor as a CNC Machinist.

My transition from software/systems QA to mill and lathe operation was driven by a desire to build tangible, high-tolerance components with strong materials.

Alongside my QA background, I have developed extensive knowledge of 3D printing and additive fabrication, giving me a deep understanding of rapid prototyping, material behaviors, and complex geometries.

While the medium has changed from code and digital documentation to aluminum, steel, and G-code, my core philosophy remains identical: measure twice, cut once, and optimize continuously.
