Kyle Bonagura

Kyle Bonagura covers Stanford football and men's basketball for CBSSports.com and freelances regularly for the San Francisco Chronicle, MaxPreps.com and Patch.com.

He served as the Regional Sports Editor for Patch.com in the East Bay for about a year and a half, coordinating the sports coverage for over 20 cities.

Before that, he spent nearly four years on staff as a sports writer at the Bay Area Newsgroup, where he helped anchor the prep sports coverage for the Contra Costa Times, Fremont Argus and Tri-Valley Herald primarily covering the Tri-Valley and the East Bay Athletic League.

He was the sports editor for the Daily Evergreen at Washington State University, where he also served as the beat writer for the school's football and men's basketball teams. While at WSU, Kyle was the campus correspondent for Sports Illustrated on Campus and contributed to a WSU blog for the Sporting News.

Kyle began covering local sports in the East Bay as a correspondent for the Tri-Valley Herald and ANG Newspapers in the Fall of 2000 and is a graduate of California High in San Ramon.
