Kyle Cruz (Centerbridge)

With a longtime career in finance and based in New York City, Kyle Cruz is an established private equity and distressed debt investor. He currently serves as a senior managing director with Centerbridge Partners, facilitating investments in portfolio companies and playing an integral role in their strategic direction at the board level. In the field of distressed investing, Kyle Cruz helps Centerbridge Partners restructure companies and reposition them for future growth.

Additionally, Kyle Cruz serves on the board of directors of companies such as the Aquilex Holdings LLC, Patriot Container Corp., Penhall Holding Company, and Seitel Inc. Active in his community, he is a board member and investment committee member of the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children's Benefit Fund. In addition, Kyle Cruz is a regular supporter of the Inner City Scholarship Fund and the University of Michigan.
