Kyle J. Baker

Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Kyle Baker attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he excelled as a student-athlete. At Carroll, Kyle started for the football team from 2002-2005 and won four consecutive NAIA National Championships. Kyle was recognized for his performance on the field by being twice named a First-Team All-American and being awarded the Rimington Award in 2005 as the nation’s top center. Kyle was also named an Academic All-American three times and was named a National Football Foundation Scholar- Athlete of the Year award winner for his performance in the classroom and his high engagement with the surrounding community.

After graduating from Carroll, Kyle taught at St. Joseph School in Missoula, Montana, before joining the ACE Service-Through-Teaching program at the University of Notre Dame, through which he taught for two years at St. Paul Catholic School in San Antonio, Texas, and studied educational systems, instructional design, and teaching & learning methodology.

Following the completion of his Master’s degree from Notre Dame, Kyle joined the Institute for Excellence & Ethics, a research and development non-profit. As Program Coordinator for the Institute for Excellence & Ethics from 2010-2012, Kyle conducted research, designed programs, and facilitated professional development workshops for schools, businesses, and teams on expert performance, ethical behavior, character development, intentional culture, and organizational behavior.
