Kyle Leppert

Kyle Leppert is the Chief Executive Officer and sole owner of Mortgage Global Solutions, an independent mortgage brokerage located in Tampa, Florida. In his role, he manages the company’s direction, daily operations, growth strategy, and professional team while serving borrowers across Florida and Texas. He entered the mortgage industry in 2019 and has since built experience in loan operations, underwriting support, mortgage processing, origination, and leadership. In 2025, he acquired full ownership of Mortgage Global Solutions and continued guiding the firm toward steady expansion. The company has funded more than $100 million in residential mortgage financing and received more than 200 five-star Google reviews.

Kyle began his higher education at Saint Leo University, where he earned an Associate’s Degree while handling both academic and work responsibilities. This period helped him build discipline, focus, and accountability. He later attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2021. His education helped strengthen his communication skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of strategic decision-making.

Before starting his mortgage career, Kyle worked with TUMI, a well-known luxury travel and lifestyle brand. Through sales and marketing roles across Florida, he gained experience in customer service, relationship development, and business growth. His work there helped him understand the importance of clear communication, consistent service, and trust-based client relationships.

Leppert began working in mortgage banking in 2019 at Champions Mortgage LLC. During this stage, he learned the core parts of loan operations, including processing, borrower communication, transaction support, and mortgage documentation. This early role gave him a strong understanding of lending workflows, compliance needs, underwriting standards, and borrower support.

He later joined Navigator Lending Solutions, a division of Land Home Financial Services, where his responsibilities expanded across processing, underwriting support, client relations, and mortgage origination. After earning his mortgage loan originator license, he became a loan officer and was selected to manage USC Credit Union's lending relationship. In that role, he helped members compare financing options, understand loan requirements, and move through the mortgage process from application to closing.

In May 2023, Kyle helped launch Mortgage Global Solutions, Inc. with his father. The company was formed to offer clear mortgage guidance, improved service, and practical lending solutions. As co-owner and Chief Executive Officer, he helped shape the company’s operations, recruiting efforts, growth plans, and long-term goals. In 2025, he became the sole owner and took full responsibility for the company’s next stage of growth.

Kyle has worked with a range of mortgage programs, including conventional, government-backed, jumbo, and non-qualified mortgage loans. He has served first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, self-employed clients, and borrowers with more detailed financing needs.

Kyle Leppert also supports the use of technology and artificial intelligence in mortgage lending. Through Mortgage Global Solutions, he has helped promote tools such as MILO, the company’s AI-powered mortgage assistant, to improve communication and efficiency. He continues to lead with a focus on client service, responsible growth, community support, and long-term professional relationships.
