Hey there, I’m Kyle. I’m a Strategist living in San Diego, CA. I help organizations simplify complexity through AI, data, and practical business solutions.

For more than two decades, I’ve partnered with organizations across legal, healthcare, higher education, government, agriculture, SaaS, and professional services to solve complex business challenges. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI, analytics, and technology, helping leaders make better decisions and move ideas from concept to implementation.

I’ve always been drawn to unfamiliar problems. I enjoy quickly learning new industries, understanding how businesses work, and finding practical ways to remove friction, improve processes, and create measurable value.

Outside of consulting, you’ll usually find me on the water. I live aboard and restored a 36-foot sailboat into an off-grid home, an experience that reinforced many of the same lessons I bring to business: understand the system before changing it, solve root causes instead of symptoms, and recognize that small improvements across an entire system create extraordinary results.

Today, I’m focused on helping organizations navigate the opportunities created by AI while keeping people, strategy, and practical business outcomes at the center of every decision.
