My path has woven together challenge, adventure, and deep inner work—from the fast-paced streets of New York City to the stillness of the Himalayas and the coastal calm of Goa. Drawn to questions of meaning and connection, I’ve spent years immersed in Buddhist study and meditation, learning from monastic communities and spiritual teachers across India.

At the same time, I’ve remained grounded in the world, committed to advocacy and equity. As a lifelong supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, I strive to create inclusive spaces and elevate voices that too often go unheard. Whether navigating remote mountain trails, sitting in silent retreat, or organizing around justice and compassion, I continue to seek what’s real, what heals, and what brings us closer to each other and ourselves.
