Kyler Kleibrink

Kyler Kleibrink is a first year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. He is a Business Management Major and does not mind to learn new things. Also, he performs well in a leadership or follower role and is comfortable with all types of people. He works as an umpire and referee for High School Football and local youth baseball teams. This job provides him with time management skills and people skills as half the people are always in disagreement with him. He has learned how to communicate with angry people respectfully even when not shown the same respect. Additionally, it has taught him to be confident in his decisions and not to be overly influenced by what other people think.
