Mr. Wiley is a native of Georgia and currently resides in Washington, D.C. Previously Mr. Wiley served as Assistant to the President of the Heritage Foundation where he was responsible for the organization’s major donor fundraising in the Southwest. In this capacity Mr. Wiley solicited gifts ranging from $10,000 - $3M.
Before joining the Heritage Foundation Mr. Wiley was a Koch Associate at the Charles Koch Institute. During his time as a Koch Associate, he assisted with fundraising efforts at Americans for Prosperity and collaborated with the Seminar Network. Mr. Wiley studied classical liberalism, economics, and further developed leadership skills based on a philosophy from one of the most successful private companies in the world.
Mr. Wiley holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Georgia. During his undergraduate education he interned for former Congressman Paul Broun (GA-10).
In 2017 he completed his M.A. of Management with an Emphasis in Fundraising from Avila University in Kansas City, MO. During his Masters work he obtained a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Fundraising.
Mr. Wiley served as the Finance Director of the Texas Young Republican Federation (2015-2017) and Vice President of the Dallas Young Republicans (2015-2017). Mr. Wiley has served on the Advisory Board of San Francisco based non-profit Data4America since 2015. He is an active member in Maverick PAC, Vanguard PAC, and the Heritage Foundation Young President’s Club.
