When I was young, I loved playing with Lego. I would spend hours taking the base plate building many creations, using only my imagination.
The way I work in organisations is similar. I use my creativity to inspire people, work through challenges and motivate change. I work with organisations to help build their desired outcomes through people, processes and systems.
My passion ultimately, is working with people to identify ways to engage and inspire change.
Outside of work I enjoy catching up with friends and family, exploring new places and pondering on my next travel adventure!
