Organisational Change Consultant: I work with senior leaders to help them develop a better understanding of the interconnectedness and patterns in complex issues that affect their organisations. Working in an organic manner, I aim to help ‘change the conversation’ by bringing a fresh perspective based on my unique background in international, my technical background in botany/ecology, and my personal interest in creative thinking and the role of narrative in organisations. With 24 years experience leading complex projects and multi-functional, cross-cultural teams in 21 countries, at the core of my work is a sensitivity to cultural differences, diplomacy, a willingness to tackle a diverse range of problems, and an ability to get things done under very difficult conditions. Overall, my goal is to help senior leaders and decision-makers to identify blockages, develop the internal skills and commitment needed to solve problems on their own, and to transform relationships in a manner that is grounded in clear interpersonal and organisational ethics.
