Kyrillos Ghaly is an experienced property professional who specialises in building certification and compliance. Kyrillos currently serves as the Director at Building Certifiers Pty Ltd, located in Parramatta.

Kyrillos’ career in the building and construction industry began in 2017 when he obtained a Diploma and Certificate 4 in Building & Construction from the Australian Qualification College. Driven by his interest in the industry, Kyrillos also completed a Diploma and Certificate of Building Surveying at Western Sydney University in 2019.

With these qualifications, Kyrillos now holds a Level 1 Building Surveyor license from the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, and a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) certification from NSW Fair Trading

Kyrillos is committed to maintaining high industry standards and is a corporate member of both the Australian Institute of Building Certifiers and the Association of Australian Certifiers.

Throughout his career, Kyrillos has consistently demonstrated a strong grasp of critical stage inspections and construction processes, contributing to numerous residential and large-scale projects.
