Kyunie Cain

Kyunie Cain is currently a YouthWORK intern for Raising Expectations, where she develops skills to become a successful leader and prepare for college. As a rising sophomore at Booker T. Washington High School, she is enrolled in the Early College program where she will start taking college classes duringl her junior year.

After high school, Kyunie plans on majoring in pediatrics and psychology. After she studies those fields, she plans on becoming a pediatric nurse and a psychologist as a future career. What motivates her is her mom because she believes that her mom is a very hard-working person who likes to encourage her and her brother to become something greater in life and become their own boss one day. What inspires her is that while working she’ll be also helping people deal with their problems and also helping kids and making sure they are well taking care of.
