Kathryn has been practicing meditation and healing for over ten years. She is a lover of combining yoga, pranayama and meditation into her classes and finds this combination opens the door to deeper meditation and the deeper understanding of ones self.
She is certified from the Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda in Colorado and with Yoga Alliance.
Kathryn received her reiki atunements in Colorado as well. She immediately felt a deep connection with this healing modality and decided to make the transformation to a reiki master and studied with her guide for over two years and continues to deepen her practice.
Before relocating back to sunny CA, Kathryn taught meditation classes and offered Yoga and Reiki at Imagine Yoga Sanctuary in Algiers Point, LA.
In 2016, Kathryn is moving forward with deepening her healing practice and will be attuned to holy fire reiki master. Holy Fire energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.
Kathryn is a Reiki master, RYT 2oo Yogi, intuitive healer and co-creator.
