Loren Di Cesare

Student in Teyran, France

I am actually student with a strong interest for the Human Resources and especially for the recruitment department. Indeed, last year as a part of my business school program I had to take a year off in order to complete an internship abroad. I had the opportunity to get it in an international recruitment agency for almost one year where I learnt a lot.

On the one hand, I could first discover the main missions of the recruiter job and then to put them in practice. It is necessary to properly learn those missions like sourcing CVs, follow-up candidates or candidate placements to become an efficient recruiter.

On the other hand, I could improve my communication skills and the listening qualities required to work as a recruiter. I am feeling more comfortable with people and I learnt how to put them at ease. I really believe that it is important to take into account how people are feeling in order to work better with them. Also, as I realized my internship in Ireland I could enhance my English skills and I had to adapt myself because I worked with people coming from across the world. I consider that it is really interesting to work with different nationalities to know how to manage them and how to work efficiently with them.

Finally, I am willing to be relocated everywhere in the world and at any time.
