Auckland Property Researcher : Sales : Marketer, Designer & Storyteller : Information Synthesiser & Communicator

My mission is to make the buying and selling of real estate as stress-free as possible by providing the highest level of service and getting you the best price.

I am dedicated to the development of long-term client relationships by delivering an exceptional real estate experience. Together with providing accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advice.

Are you a Auckland home owner or investor OR do you wish to be?

Short-on-time yet wish to stay abreast of what is happening in the Auckland housing market? Let me do the leg work for you.

If you wish to work with a consultant that is intelligent, educated and experienced; and who believes that clear and open communication is the key to a working relationship, then I am here to help you.

I have bought and sold... bought and renovated... bought and developed... I know what makes a professional and effective property consultant.

How do I know what I know?

1. Business expertise: I owned and managed a boutique wine importation, wholesale and retail business, which fine-tuned my contract management, sales and negotiation skills. I worked across every facet of the business presenting and negotiating with some significant retailers. "My palate is ever grateful for the increased 'tasting' education".

2. Property IQ: I commenced my "property apprenticeship" in her early 20s, with the first of many renovations and new builds. The family business is property development; the most recent project was the creation of a new sub-division... property is in my blood.

3. From the farm to Fine Arts: A farmer's daughter with a love of art and design led me to a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and over 10 years in the design industry working with both aesthetic and systematic design processes... yet my gumboots are never far away!
