Luis Escobar Sr
Has thirty six years in telecommunications starting in 1976
as Reseller Of Long distance and in 1987 a wireless reseller in southern Connecticut providing long distance and cellular phone services. As the new industry emerged, Luis Escobar Sr developed for his own use a customer care and billing
management platform that specifically managed the new types of telecom services unique to cellular phones. In fact, the billing system was later enhanced and offered on a licensed and service bureau basis to the large numbers of new FCC
licensed cellular phone carriers coming into the market. At one point more than 120 carriers used the system. Today it is owned by Amdocs who today have some of the largest cellular
carrier accounts in the world.

Under a New business and New Programs Development Luis
Escobar Sr was able to Build a version of his billing platform and licensed it to the second largest cellular phone carrier in Venezuela until it was taken over by Digicel, in 2006 (the country's (largest carrier).

Today Luis Escobar Sr is working to bring in to Market a Telecommunication service that will Change the way we use Telephone services , PCs Tablets , and Smart Phones .
