Leslie Meade

Hi! I'm Leslie and I am a senior at Morehead State. My major is high school English education, but I've always been drawn to non-traditional teaching roles. I really enjoy teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and am considering teaching abroad after completing my bachelor's. I spent last summer at a mission's school in Africa and it changed my life (classic, but still so true). While my previous plans have become a bit unhinged, opening up to new possibilities has filled me with renewed hope and sensitivity to beauty. I love capturing those things in language, so I hope this class allows me to hone those skills further.
