The son of a jazz trumpeteer and a flapper, L'Orange emerged into the world sometime around 1910. He quickly faded into the shadows and spent his time writing and reading, spending time at the speakeasy. One day he came home to find his father murdered at the hands of the dastardly count. He swore that day that his father's death would be avenged.

Biding his time, L'Orange plotted his revenge. Ageless and inspired, he decided to spend his time working on music until the day he could finally avenge his father's untimely death.
