Who Am I?
¡Hola! I'm a first-generation college graduate and proud Latina; I moved to the United States in 1995. My name is Liliana, and my journey is a blend of resilience, curiosity, and a passion for exploration.
What do I do?
As a driven leader with a fearless approach to project and program management, I've excelled in guiding matrixed technical teams to deliver complex, high-profile projects on time and within budget. Currently serving as a Principal Project Creative Direction at AT&T, I've led cross-functional creative teams to deliver large-scale projects, significantly decreasing rush fees and ensuring flawless deliverables.
What are my expectations?
While my expertise lies in project and program management, I have a deep-seated interest in aerospace and a desire to contribute to this exciting field. I am eager to leverage my diverse skills and experiences to transition into the aerospace industry, where I can apply my strategic thinking and technical acumen to propel innovation and achieve new heights. I am particularly drawn to opportunities that allow me to collaborate on projects that have a positive impact on travel, exploration, and the advancement of technology.
Outside of work, I have a passion for travel, photography, and outdoor activities such as hiking. Exploring new landscapes and capturing moments through my lens fuels my sense of adventure and creativity. I also enjoy staying active and spending time in the gym, as well as immersing myself in research, reading, and watching movies to broaden my horizons and stimulate my curiosity. Continuous learning is key.
I am particularly interested in joining a company that is investing in innovation and changing the world. I am excited about the opportunity to combine my professional skills with my personal interests and make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic field.
Let's connect and explore how I can contribute to the team's success.
Best regards,
