Yoga for me is a way of life, a passion that grew stronger over the past 5 years and helped me get healthy, strong and empowered me to live my dream. I travel the world practicing and teaching yoga and have met so many wonderful people along this way! This lifestyle enables me to connect with the local community, promote self-healing and share wisdom with people around the world. I completed my RYT 200 hour teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja California, Mexico. At Yandara I learned how to be a confident yoga teacher and to teach from the heart.

My teaching style is lively, personal and intuitive. I love nature and teaching outdoors. This enables us to synchonize with nature and to let the elements flow with the breath.

Furthermore I am a reiki master and provide reiki sessions and certification trainings.
