Erica is creative, driven and owns Tea Bar in Portland, Oregon. With a white minimalist interior and a dynamic tea menu, Tea Bar is literally the place to be. On top of running a successful tea house with talk of expansion, Erica also runs Little Beirut Properties, a real estate company based in Portland. She is clearly a girl about town and constantly inspires me to dream bigger. Did I mention Erica is twenty-four years old!?
