The Uncle Maik lanyard is made of a bulk good called “paracord” with a minimum collapse load of 550 lbs. Paracord, to be exact “parachute cord” is an extremely lightweight and tearproof cord of nylon. Today, it is not only used for military purposes any more. It has become very popular for camping, climbing, diving, boating, gardening and is also used for belts, lanyards, rescue ropes and many other purposes. The wattled lanyard is consisting of paracord nylon and ends with a round key ring made of stainless steel which is getting wattled too. The label Uncle Maik is embossed on a piece of aluminum embracing this ring. All colors can be mixed up.
