I am a textile fabric artist living in Lawrence, KS.

In 2008 I attempted an art quilt for some close friends even though I had no clue what I was doing on a technical level. It was love at first sight, but I didn't attempt my first true quilt until 2010.

I appreciate and love all types and styles. Classic, traditional - modern - abstract art quilts. But, I prefer the work that blurs the line between all of those different categories.

I love to play with color and i'm in a gleaning phase right now. I want to try a little bit of everything. My ultimate goal is for you to recognize a Laced Original when you see it.
