Lacey Knight

Larose Louisiana

I come from a family that has been thoroughly involved in music for all of my life. As a small child, I have grown watching my Uncle play trumpet in the streets of New Orleans, and in locations such as Preservation Hall. I've shared my living-space with local bands as their own practice space. For the last twenty plus years, I have witnessed my Mother transit from managing local talent to GM in Radio Broadcasting. These are simply a few things that have been a great influence in my life.

Throughout my adolescent life I have participated in musical programs. This involved singing or stage production. For the last six years I have been working hard with a band through promoting and decided this is where my future lies.

I have taken an educated direction through Full Sail University, graduating Valedictorian and receiving the Principles of Macroeconomics Award. I have worked for a small independent record label with tasks that have included, but are not limited to: assistant management, artist development, archivist, and ISRC manager. I have also played part in live event production by creating, and editing video for production as well as creating video content to pitch a reality television program.

I consider myself pro-artist, and truly have a love for the live event and concerting experience. I have assisted in promoting local and touring events through social media. I enjoy social interactions, and tying both fan and artist in long-term relationships.

My future objective is to be part of a team of collaborative minds in the pursuit to push not only each other forward, but also artist through managerial engagement.
