I am a Commercial Solicitor specialising in commercial transactions, acquisitions, leasing and disputes.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle together with a Diploma of Legal practice from the College of Law in Sydney.

I have extensive previous experience providing services to clients in the Newcastle and Sydney regions in relation to commercial transactions, commercial leases, business sales and purchases, commercial agreements, commercial contract disputes, debt collection, franchising, defamation and employment law.

I also have experience in commercial litigation and, in particular, building and construction disputes appearing in the Local & District Courts as well as the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

My ethos is that I believe in a proactive approach to prevent legal disputes arising rather than only being the person clients visit when a problem is encountered.
