James Aaron R. Lacsamana goes by the nickname "Lacs" by his intimate friends was born on the 21st of October 1995 in Tondo, Manila. Her mother Anna Lissa R. Lacsamana gave birth to him on their house by his aunts. James is the youngest son of Anna Lissa and Jerald S. Lacsamana. He has an elder brother and sister, Rafael R. Lacsamana is the eldest and Pauline R. Lacsamana is the middle one. He resides in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

He went to Emilio Jacinto Elementary school in Tondo, Manila where he formerly resides. He then transferred to Pio Del Pilar Elementary School in Sta Mesa, Manila and graduated in 2008. He graduated High School in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in 2012. He went to "Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila" and took Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering then transferred to AMA Computer College - Manila Campus during his 3rd year. He is currently taking Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

James likes both indoor and outdoor activities. He likes to play basketball and getting fit. He usually listens to Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown, Kanye West, Drake, Lil' Wayne, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar and many more hip - hop/rap artists, he has a broad variety of music other than what he usually listens to.
