Hey everyone, my name is Lacy and I am a fitness freak :-)

I love to work out and stay healthy, making sure I eat the right things to enable me to be who I want to be!

I am also a self motivated, self employed entreupeneur and I just love making money doing the things I do. I am a part time personal trainer and I run a couple of websites too.

I am married to my best friend and we live in our beautiful house with our border collie, Millie. She is our fav!
