I am a writer and magazine editor living between Denver and Boulder, Colorado with my husband, our daughter, a neurotic dog and an aloof cat.

I am the food editor for Yellow Scene Magazine, the largest publication in Boulder County, where I write award-winning food reviews and two food columns as well as feature articles and blogs. I am also a contributing editor for Organic Authority and the editor of Colorado Babies.

My website is Laughing Lemon Pie, where I talk about being a "family foodie;" living the foodie lifestyle with the realities of budgets, soccer practice and picky eaters.

In my “spare” time, I work on my young adult fantasy novel and volunteer with the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the SCBWI as the editor of their monthly newsletter, Kite Tales.
