Nonprofit created for the Female ages 16 -25. Our goal is to have dialogue in their language so we may change the mindset on Disrespect, Dysfunctional Sexual Behavior and Disease, Inappropriate Attire, Envy-Jealous Hatred Mentality toward other females, Foul Abusive Language usage appearing as Kool but Non-Lady Like. The La'de Organization represents to be Kind and Sweet with a Strong Sense of Honor. It is our duty to stand up and be held accountable to the female because we are emotionally attached. Whether it be our daughter, grand daughter, cousin, niece or friend. Life is created from female and if she cannot lead by example generations to come are destined for failure.
