La Donna Finnels-Neal is Founder and CEO of Energy Industry Support (EiS), the premiere energy industry support company offering staffing, training, and event solutions to energy corporations and professionals. She has over 18 years experience working in Fortune 10 energy corporations, including 11 years as Technical Forums Team Lead, Administrative Project Manager and administrative subject matter expert at Chevron Corporation, and 8 years as Administrative Coordinator and Sales Coordinator at Enron Corporation. She is also the founder of Oil and Gas Admins International, a networking and educational platform for administrative professionals with careers in the oil and energy industry. In 2012, she founded the YEC | Young Entrepreneurs Conference as a way to showcase and develop the next generation of young business owners.

Ms. Finnels-Neal’s past and present professional affiliations include the National Association of Female Executives, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Association of Professional Women, Meeting Professionals International, various local chambers of commerce, and others.

A native of Houston, Texas area, Ms. Finnels-Neal is an active supporter of the Lupus Foundation of America, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, United Way, and the Autism Society of America.

She is very adventurous and enjoys traveling the world, exploring and learning about new things and different cultures, but her passion is solving problems and helping others succeed. She is also a Zumba instructor and dance enthusiast, and she enjoys being creative, designing clothes, decorating, and showering love onto her two handsome and brilliant sons.
