Introducing 16 year old Antonique McDonald, musically, she goes by the Stage Name of Ladyannty. Born and raised in Far Rockaway, Queens, NY, she has decided to touch the hip hop young generation, through her edgy and informative lyrics. Ladyannty moved the crowd with successful performances at Plugin U in Link Live Showcase at Secret Lounge in New York City where she won 1st place and a write-up in iFOW Magazine.
She had a successful performance at SCMC in Atlanta, GA, National Day Against Crime in Far Rockaway, NY and The Next Teen Super Star in New York, NY where she met Fashion Designer and Celebrity Stylist Indashio. Indashio gave her an opportunity to create and present her song 'Glam God' at the New York City Fashion Week in 2010. The song was loved and respected so much , that it resulted in being Indashio's Theme Song on his website. At the age of 11 she won the Music Award at her school P.S. 253 and won 1st place at her high school, Rockaway Collegiate Talent Show. She also spreads interesting music love by singing and rapping on stoops and subways amongst her peers, always drawing a crowd.
Ladyannty's has grown musically over the last six years, with her Mixtape titled The Boss Vol. II, metaphorically, she catches the interest of 3 genres, Fun, Respect, and Loyalty while at the same time having deep lyrical meaning. Her next exciting event will be at Ocktoberfest Music Festival NYC, following this anticipated event, she will be traveling to Atlanta, Georgia for the promotion of her Mixtape.
