Hello!

I'm Lynsey Ellard, I’m 28 – just.... and live in Southend-on-Sea Essex, UK. Originally born in bred in London, I write about my life, loves and limits with a disability caused by Cerebral Palsy and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome).

I have had chronic pain for almost 20 years and although I have my moments I try not to let the condition rule my world!

I'm LadyGoGo84 after naming myself after my mobility scooter an Elite Traveller GoGo, it was either that or Flossie (my wheelchair's nickname) and to be honest they both sound like strippers!

I love Kettle Chips, Wispa bars and Tapas, I have a slight magazine addiction and spend half my life making lists that I then either lose or forget to check.

I rock out to the music of John Mayer, Michael Buble, Jessie J, Maroon 5 and McFly and spend a lot of time watching Channel 4 documentaries, How I met your Mother and ANY cookery programme!
