I’m a marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience across digital strategy, fundraising, and campaign management.

Alongside my marketing career, I’m a certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for wellbeing. I design and facilitate accessible yoga and wellbeing programmes—particularly for workplaces—helping individuals reconnect, reduce stress, and build sustainable habits that support both personal and professional balance.

Currently working within the interior design industry, I continue to bring a strategic and creative approach to marketing while also expanding my focus on corporate wellbeing, bridging the gap between performance and inner alignment.
