I am currently in the University Of Surrey, studying Digital Media Arts as my major, and Theatre with Performance as my minor. I enjoy the idea of telling a narrative through visuals whether it is for a music video or drama, bringing it to life on camera is all the more fascinating. I aspire to become a creative director.

Having completed my study abroad year in Prague at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts, I feel more than capable and fully equipped to delve into the Film and digital Media Industry. Over these past few years I have explored all areas of filmmaking such; as Camera operating (digital and analogue), Scriptwriting, directing for fiction and documentary style pieces, as well as lighting and sound design. I’ve also spent a lot of time outside of university shadowing and assisting directors on their own shoots whilst doing multiple freelancing gigs for other companies under my own brand.

As a member of the Old Vic Community Company, I’ve acted in multiple productions as well as performing rehearsed readings on the historical Old Vic Stage, playing main and ensemble character roles. Being involved in this environment over these past few years has increased my knowledge and practice with working with other actors and also catalysed my desire in wanting to to create my own productions. I take as much advantage of the press nights, free tickets and performance/directorial workshops as the exposure to emerging art always inspires pieces of my own.

I wish to continue gaining experience and working under different production companies before moving on to eventually start my own company in the future. I am currently also working as a production runner on different music video shoots too for some very big artists, which has been an amazing experience so far!

Overall I am very passionate about film and theatre and I would love to go on to create concept pieces that makes people feel as though they have something to relate to. Working behind the scenes on multiple shoots during my placement year, as well as freelancing has catalysed my creative ideas and I am ready to learn even further ad create more content along the way.
