I lead software projects for a living — the kind where a lot of moving parts (teams, systems, timelines) all have to come together without falling apart. I've spent the last 6+ years doing this across different countries in Asia-Pacific, and I'm currently with FindH Solutions.
I hold a Master's in IT Project Management from Auckland University of Technology and an MBA, and I'm working toward my PMP right now. I've also had a couple of research papers published on project management practices in Sri Lanka's software industry.
Outside of work, I'm getting into chess and working out — both are basically the same game as my day job: think ahead, stay consistent, let the results build over time.
