In 2021, Dr. Shareef earned his Fellowship of the Iraqi Board of Medical Specializations (F.I.B.M.S.) in Clinical Pharmacy—the premier clinical qualification in the region. His clinical practice centers on pharmacotherapy, inpatient drug therapy monitoring, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and antithrombotic prophylaxis. In addition to hospital practice, Dr. Shareef gained valuable industry expertise as a Medical Manager (Medical Science Liaison) for Sanofi Iraq, managing the Diabetes & Thrombosis line.
