Lake Realty was established is 1991 and since that time has earned a reputation as a high tech group offering individual and professional assistance to buyers and selling from first time home buyers to executive homes. We have agents who have 20+ years of experience and agents with less experience but with backgrounds prior to joining Lake Realty that equips them to offer the level of service you want and need.

Our normal service area includes both Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, Mountain Island Lake and Lake Hickory (most of our agents are licensed in both states) and the towns of Charlotte, Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, Troutman, Sherrills Ford, Catawba, Statesville, Concord, Kannapolis in NC and Fort Mill in SC.
