Lakewood Park Manor is a fully licensed facility offering independentand assisted living for seniors. Located in Downey, CA, we are just minutesfrom shopping centers, restaurants, medical offices and hospitals. LakewoodPark Manor is family owned and operated.

Our staff is hired because of their experience and capability, but even more sobecause of the consideration and sensitivity they show to our residents. Eachmember of our staff cares for our residents as if they were their own familymembers. Several of our staff members have been with us for decades, and ourresidents agree they rank among the best!

Our family established Lakewood Park Manor in 1983 in the hopes of creating asafe haven for adults to enjoy their later years in life. We also wanted tooffer peace of mind to family members of our residents so they can rest assuredthat their loved ones are receiving the best care possible.

We take into consideration all facets of a person's health including physical,mental and emotional well being to be sure each of our residents enjoys a full,happy and rewarding lifestyle at Lakewood Park Manor.
