Lauren joined Booking.com's Strategic Partnerships team after more than 20+ years building travel technology businesses and the partnerships that scale them.
She is a change agent by nature and has been a longtime visionary and voice for personalized travel and connection—and the tech to bring it to life.
She founded TWIP (Travel With Interesting People), an AI-driven personalization platform that connected travelers by behavior. TWIP raised funding, was a Phocuswright "People's Choice runner-up," and earned a Lufthansa Group "Innovation Award."
Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of CELITECH, she led partnerships and growth for the programmable eSIM platform used by major travel brands, including KAYAK, Expedia, Trip.com, and Alaska Airlines. Lauren built a developer-first go-to-market strategy; secured over 50 key partner contracts worth $33M+ in annual value; and regularly represented the eSIM company as its connectivity evangelist at ITB Berlin and on stages at other global travel conferences. CELITECH also earned a Phocuswright "People’s Choice Award, LAUNCH runner-up," and was named "Overall Wireless Broadband Solution of the Year" by the Mobile Breakthrough Awards in multiple consecutive years.
Lauren also led Digital for the pioneering culinary tour operator The International Kitchen, and drove 300% revenue growth across a SaaS portfolio as Brand Director at Orchid Black, a growth-stage advisory firm.
Midwest-raised with Canadian roots, Lauren has lived in France and Silicon Valley. She now calls New York City home, but likes to keep a carry-on packed and ready to go.
