I am a humble Seed Professional with vast experience of more than three decades in variegated roles such as Hybrid Seed Production, Quality Management, Export-Import, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Development, Training and Development of seed professionals, New Business Opportunities etc. My contribution in development and enrichment of Indian Seeds Industry across the country is well recognized. I have been working towards global food security and empowering the farming community through high quality seeds. I have served as Head of seed production as well as sales and marketing in the leading seed company of India. I passionately work at grass-root level to increase the farm productivity. My current passion is to mentor and coach young agripreneurs and start-up businesses. I am advisor to certain seed companies beside his own entrepreneurial endeavor. I am advisor at Elara Capital, EMKAY Global and Motilal Oswal as agri-expert to promote investment opportunities across USA, UK, Singapore and India.

Being an active member in various industry associations like FICCI, CII, ASSOCHAM, PHDCCI, IIA, my contribution in food and agribusiness sector is well recognized. I am alsoassociated with various business management institutes, international organizations,and agricultural universities as resource person and mentor.

I strongly believe that much need to be done at policy and execution level tomake agriculture as sustainable profession to feed the global population. Theagriculture needs our honest approach towards making it profitable, cashgenerating with suitable risk cover using modern technological advancements.
