Hi! My name is Lalitha, and most friends call me Lily. I ask a lot of questions and listen deeply.

I'm also a mom (to a dog and human), wife, daughter, sister, friend, and active community member.

My general approach to life is to observe, understand (just enough), jump in, act and experiment, and then reflect on what I learned.

Right now, I'm concerned about climate change and have been engaging in education, volunteering, and lifestyle changes to address my worries.

I've been relying on my background as a UX researcher & designer, facilitator, educator, and neuroscientist to help me navigate life.

I spend the rest of my time taking intense fitness classes, learning to play the cello, crafting, reading non-fiction, and enjoying dark chocolate.
