Hi, I’m Lalit.

I am a data-hacker, a teacher, a skilled communicator, and an analyst with the ability to ask the right questions and seek answers through data and insights.

I am intellectually curious and want to know the reasons people do what they do, and how the data and predictive insights gleaned from the data can guide employees on a path to deeper engagement, satisfaction, and performance.

I am equal parts statistician and behavioural scientist. I can work closely with the engineering team to provide insight and thoughtful guidance on programming, structuring the database to capture the data gold you need and package it up in a way that our product team can act upon.
