These Packages once explained will give you a very clear idea of the type of results you could get and whether we are right for you. 1-2-1 training is based on packages bought on a monthly basis, Why monthly? We are only focused on getting results for you. the only way to achieve this is by having a commitment between Trainer and client! What the lesson will include One to One personal training to accelerate your results and get you fit quickly. You'll learn to build combinations and to understand how and why you put punches together,You'll experience all the great benefits of getting an intense workout that will help to improve your circulation, metabolism and your health. By combining the sport of boxing with exercise, you get a great conditioning workout regime that can really promote good health and excellent fitness benefits.
